About Me

My small business journey started in May 2025 when I was preparing for a book signing event with over 100+ authors. I LOVE to read and I heard at book signings, people trade bookmarks, stickers, bracelets, and other hand crafted items, so I decided I wanted to participate and learned how to make bookmarks at the comfort of my own home.

As I made my first few bookmarks, I started to think maybe I could turn this into a business. Be my own boss, work my own hours, and get to use my 21+ years of customer service as I love talking to people. I've always wanted to start my own business but I didn't have the courage to try.

I watched a lot of Youtube videos and was inspired by many local business owners that in November 2025, I applied for my first market in Okotoks, AB and it was a success! I never would have dreamed that people who didn't know me would like my products. Huge shout out to my friends Kayla, Isabel, and Landon for being my first customers!

From then on, I've been trying different markets throughout the Calgary Area and have made many new friends along the way.

When I am not working my tradition 9:00am - 5:00pm in Property Management, I would be home reading, watching anime, binging tv shows, or playing with my zoo (2 dogs, 1 cat, 100+ fish).
